We are looking for Detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with strong experience in managing Vendor Governance and end-to-end AP processes, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment execution.
Proven ability to ensure accuracy, maintain compliance with internal controls, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. Skilled in ERP systems, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and reduce discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Support operational planning, forecasting, and budget tracking
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Product) to execute business initiatives
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence
  • Assist leadership with business reviews, presentations, and data-driven insights
  • Manage operational risks and support compliance with internal policies
  • Support vendor management, contract coordination, and service delivery tracking
  • Assist in change management and process rollouts
  • Handle adhoc projects related to strategic or operational priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or analytics roles
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or basic data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
