This role sits at the intersection of creative design, motion graphics, and emerging AI-driven production workflows, shaping high-quality digital content for global brands across multiple channels.
The position focuses on developing visually compelling static, animated, and video assets optimized for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
It involves working within a multidisciplinary creative environment where AI tools are integrated into ideation, production, and optimization processes to accelerate output and enhance creativity.
The role requires strong motion design expertise combined with hands-on experience in modern GenAI tools to deliver scalable, high-impact creative solutions.

Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital, social, e-commerce, and motion assets including static creatives, animations, and video content.
- Use GenAI tools and platforms to support ideation, content generation, enhancement, and rapid iteration of creative outputs.
- Translate client briefs into end-to-end creative solutions, including concept development, visual design, copy integration, and final production.
- Create optimized assets for multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display networks.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables while maintaining creative excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine concepts, respond to feedback, and continuously improve creative outputs.
- Apply motion design principles using Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce engaging and dynamic visual content.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and creative technologies to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
- Present creative work clearly, including explaining how AI tools contributed to ideation and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Integrated Designer with strong motion design capabilities in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, social, and motion design, including AI-assisted or experimental creative work.
- Hands-on experience with motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital-first design principles, including social media formats, e-commerce creatives, and mobile-first content.
- Ability to interpret briefs critically and identify where AI can be effectively integrated into the creative workflow.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to refine and enhance AI-generated outputs to meet production-quality standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
