This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, customer success, and team leadership within a fast-paced cybersecurity automation environment. You will lead a team of engineers delivering advanced SOAR and security automation implementations for enterprise customers while remaining hands-on in complex solution delivery. Acting as both a technical expert and people leader, you will ensure high-quality deployments, smooth integrations, and successful customer outcomes. The position blends strategic oversight with direct execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a "player-coach" capacity. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, improving delivery standards, and driving continuous improvement across projects. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how security automation solutions are delivered at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and contribute directly to customer implementations, integrations, migrations, and automation deployments within a SOAR-driven environment
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, mentor, and develop engineers in both technical delivery and client-facing skills
  • Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across all professional services engagements
  • Conduct performance evaluations, support career development plans, and build team capability
  • Collaborate closely with product, technical account management, and engineering teams to align delivery outcomes
  • Support high-priority customer escalations and strategic technical discussions
  • Ensure best practices in security automation implementation and service delivery excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, or technical delivery within cybersecurity or enterprise software environments
  • 1+ year of experience mentoring or leading technical teams (player-coach experience preferred)
  • Strong background in SOC operations, incident response processes, or security engineering
  • Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions in customer-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and automation approaches
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation, diagrams, and solution designs
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is highly desirable
