About the Role
<\/h2>
At OSF Digital, the Solution Architect designs endtoend technical solutions that align with client needs, platform best practices, and OSF delivery standards. Acting as the technical authority across projects, you will guide teams through solution design, integrations, and release processes to ensure scalable, highquality outcomes.<\/span> Lead solution design across SFCC, Salesforce Core, OMS, or multicloud environments, translating business requirements into scalable architectures.<\/span> Define architecture deliverables such as diagrams, data flows, integration models, and technical specifications.<\/span> Guide development teams, ensure compliance with best practices, and conduct design\/code reviews.<\/span> Lead technical discovery, identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure technical alignment across teams.<\/span> Define and support integration strategies involving CRM, ERP, PIM, payment providers, and other enterprise systems.<\/span> Collaborate with QA and PM to ensure solution readiness, environment strategy, and release alignment.<\/span> Support release management activities, validating technical deliverables, deployment plans, and postrelease stability.<\/span> Communicate architectural decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.<\/span> MustHave Qualifications<\/span> Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead in enterprise environments.<\/span> Handson experience with SFCC, Salesforce Core, OMS, or multicloud platforms (preferred).<\/span> Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and scalable architectural practices.<\/span> Solid release management experience, including reviewing deployments, technical readiness, and crosssystem impacts.<\/span> Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding technical teams.<\/span> Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and standard architectural modeling tools.<\/span> OSF Digital is a leading global digital transformation partner specializing in Salesforce solutions.
