We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect with a proven track record of success working in a fast-paced, agile environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining artefacts and designing agentic systems to analyse Cyber vulnerability data at scale. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Cybersecurity or financial services processes and regulations, along with strong collaboration and communication skills to further the data architecture understanding and adoption within the department. Responsibilities: Define the end-to-end architecture for agentic AI systems, including model selection, orchestration patterns, memory strategies, tool integrations, and governance controls. Translate business objectives into autonomous workflows, identifying where agents add value and designing safeguards to ensure reliability, security, and human oversight. Establish technical standards for agent development, including evaluation frameworks, observability, versioning, prompt management, and release processes. Lead the design and implementation of integrations between agents and enterprise systems, APIs, knowledge sources, and third-party services while ensuring appropriate access controls and least privilege principles. Partner with engineering, product, security, and risk teams to continuously improve agent performance, investigate failures, and evolve the organisation's approach to safe and scalable AI adoption. Manage stakeholders with conflicting understanding to ensure architecture is correctly represented. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a AI Architect, Information Architect or Enterprise Architect or similar role in software delivery, preferably within Cybersecurity or the financial services / banking industry. Self-motivated and self-governing. Understanding of Agile and waterfall frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in defining and prioritizing data artefacts. Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Able to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting requirements and priorities in a fast-paced changing environment.
