Why this role exists
We’re at an inflection point.
Omnify is scaling into a full-stack Operating System for Recreational Services—across SaaS, Payments, and AI-led products. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. You will work directly with the CEO on high-stakes problems: cash flow, pricing, revenue visibility, unit economics, and cross-border financial operations.
This is not a reporting role. This is a build + own + drive outcomes role.
What you will own
1. Business Finance & Cash Discipline
Build and run cash flow planning (weekly, monthly, scenario-based)
Track runway, burn, and optimize capital allocation decisions
Own revenue visibility across SaaS, Payments, and new product lines
Identify leakage, inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities
2. Revenue Operations & Commercials
Own end-to-end invoicing, billing, collections tracking
Work closely with sales on pricing, proposals, deal structuring
Build financial models for enterprise deals and partnerships
Ensure tight alignment between contracts ↔ billing ↔ revenue recognition
3. Metrics, Reporting & Insights
Define and track core business metrics:
Revenue, GM, contribution margins
CAC, LTV (where applicable)
Product / segment-wise performance
Build dashboards and reporting systems (not just reports)
Drive decision-making with numbers, not hindsight reporting
4. Multi-Business & New Models
Work across:
SaaS (subscriptions)
Payments (GTV, take rates, margins)
AI / new product experiments
Rapidly understand new business models and build financial frameworks for them
Support new product launches with pricing and unit economics
5. Financial Operations (US + India)
Manage P&L and financial tracking across geographies
Work with external partners on:
Accounting
Compliance
Taxation (India + US)
Ensure financial hygiene as we scale
6. Founder’s Office / Strategic Execution
Work directly with CEO on:
Investor conversations & financial narratives
Strategic planning and trade-offs
Internal operating cadence (targets vs actuals)
Act as a force multiplier across teams

What we’re looking for
2–5 years experience in:
Startup finance / business finance / RevOps
OR Consulting (Big 4 / similar) with strong financial exposure
Background:
CA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent strong financial training
Strong grip on:
Financial modeling
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
Business metrics & unit economics
What will make you stand out
Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Payments
Have built financial models from scratch (not just used templates)
Have worked on pricing or deal structuring
Ability to connect numbers → business insight → action
High attention to detail + high speed of execution
