User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform design decisions. Develop UI/UX strategies aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to align design and functionality with the overall product vision. UI/UX Development: Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js. Implement reusable UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across the application. Optimize UI performance for seamless user experiences across devices and platforms. Ensure accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) are met in all designs and implementations. Technical Architecture Understanding: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs (Rest, SOAP etc.) and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Understand and contribute to the technical architecture of the application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Provide input on the design and integration of AI components, ensuring they align with the user experience vision. GenAI Integration (Preferred): Work with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) to integrate AI-powered features into the application. Collaborate with data scientists and architects to design user interfaces that leverage AI capabilities, such as chatbots, semantic search, or content generation. Understand the limitations and capabilities of AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and design interfaces that maximize their potential. Stay updated on advancements in GenAI technologies and frameworks to incorporate cutting-edge features into applications. Testing and Optimization: Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and ensure a seamless user experience. Required Skills & Tools: UI/UX Design and Development: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.. Technical Architecture Understanding: Basic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or Django. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and their integration with frontend applications. Knowledge of API design and implementation (RESTful APIs, GraphQL). Frontend Technologies (Preferred): Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js. Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Bootstrap) for efficient styling. GenAI Tools and Frameworks (Preferred): Experience integrating Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into applications. Familiarity with AI concepts like embeddings, tokenization, and prompt engineering. Understanding of how GenAI can enhance user experiences, such as through personalized interfaces, dynamic content generation, or rapid prototyping Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
