Job Description - Manager - Corporate Psychologist - People Transformation Job Name: Manager - People transformation Position Title: Manager Band: C1 Work model and Location: Chennai based candidates ONLY - Hybrid Reporting to: Senior Manager/AVP Location/Site: Chennai EXL India Overview Job Overview: Corporate Psychologist - Manager, People Transformation We are seeking a Corporate Psychologist - Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles focused on employee engagement, employee relations, people transformation, corporate employee counseling, or workplace well-being. The ideal candidate will have overall 10-12 years and 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will apply psychological principles to design and execute strategies that enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and fostering a high-performance, people-centric work environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement corporate mental health programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Conduct employee assessments, counseling sessions, and mental health interventions to address workplace stress, burnout, and productivity issues. Provide one-on-one coaching and group training on stress management, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Design and execute employee assistance programs (EAPs) in collaboration with HR and leadership teams. Partner with HR to create and promote policies supporting mental well-being, including work-life balance initiatives. Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions on mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and workplace motivation. Utilize psychometric assessments and behavioral analysis to support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. Support managers and leaders in handling employee psychological concerns and workplace conflicts effectively. Monitor and analyze workplace mental health trends and propose evidence-based strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with psychological ethics and confidentiality standards in all interactions and programs. Develop mental health awareness campaigns and promote a stigma-free environment in the workplace. Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate psychological insights into organizational change management and team-building strategies. Research and stay updated on the latest trends in corporate psychology and workplace well-being to implement innovative solutions. Identifies, raises or escalates issues for trends in ER, partner with team and relevant HR partners to reduce ER issues for a business, region, geography. Job Requirements Educational Qualification : Bachelors or master's in organizational psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate psychology, organizational development, or employee well-being initiatives with overall exp of 10-12 years. Data Analytics: Should be able to analyze the data and create useful insights. Prepare weekly/monthly quarterly dashboards. Strong in power point and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, or HR-related psychological assessments are a plus. Strong expertise in employee counseling and mental health intervention techniques. Proficiency in psychometric testing and behavioral assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment and handle confidential information professionally.
