Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred. 7 - 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations, with at least 3 - 5 years in a management role overseeing security operations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, including engineers and analysts.
Oversee the daytoday operations of cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
Ensure that security tools are properly configured, integrated, and operating effectively.
Manage the threat detection and response processes, including monitoring security alerts, analyzing incidents, and coordinating response activities.
Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of security processes, tools, and incident responses.
