Senior Executive-Global Procurement -Strategic Sourcing - Tech

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations, with a strong ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and support end-to-end sourcing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP/Ariba/Coupa or equivalent).
• Good understanding of sourcing best practices, supplier evaluation, and contract management processes.

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned categories, including identifying suppliers, preparing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating bids, and negotiating terms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Analyze supplier performance, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain and update the preferred supplier list and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Support contract management activities, including coordination with legal and business teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure timely purchase order creation and delivery.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, savings, and supplier performance improvements.
