Key Responsibilities: Technology Procurement: Expertise in procuring hardware, software, SaaS, and services. Spend Area Knowledge: Familiarity with HR, recruitment, professional services, marketing, and training & development spend areas is a plus. US Market Insight: Knowledge of the US geography market is advantageous, and this role will work across multiple geographies. Procurement Operations: Experience in administrative procurement and purchasing operations. Spend Analytics & Cost Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze spend data and implement cost-saving strategies. Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring maximum value and minimal risk to EXL. Familiarity with contracts and rate agreements is essential. Vendor Management: Ongoing vendor development and management. Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. Requirement Coordination: Align with various departments to understand and meet their procurement needs. Savings Monitoring: Actively monitor and evaluate savings opportunities, providing analysis and communicating findings to relevant teams. ERP Proficiency: Experience working in an ERP environment, with a preference for Oracle. Compliance: Ensure adherence to EXL policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in technology procurement. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of spend analytics and cost optimization methods. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Understanding of US market dynamics is a plus. Why Join Us?
