Job Summary: As a Senior Manager for Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and managing the analytics function within the organization. Your primary focus will be on extracting valuable insights from data to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will oversee a team of analysts, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data scientists, and other analytics professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and support in professional development. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy. Project and delivery management, Case study and While paper generation Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes. Reporting and Visualization: Design and create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics reporting. Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices. Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems. Technology and Tool Management: Stay abreast of the latest analytics tools and technologies. Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics processes. Skills and Qualifications: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in statistical analysis and data modeling. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and managing a team. Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business needs into analytics initiatives. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
