Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Bid & Solutions Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and business expertise, enabling them to design and deliver impactful solutions that align with client requirements. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions leveraging our capabilities in outsourcing, digital operations, analytics, and transformation services. Key Responsibilities: Presentation & Proposal Development: Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and effectively develop proposals/RFP responses that capture the client's vision and requirements. Solution Design & Cost Estimation: Understand and translate client requirements into solution offerings, including the approach, proposal, plan, and cost estimates by leveraging EXL Digital Operations, Analytics, and Transformation offerings. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with wider teams to design solutions that incorporate a mix of capabilities like location strategy, workforce, AI, analytics, digital components, and point solutions to meet client objectives. Client Engagement: Participate in scope discussions, due-diligence sessions, and solution workshops with internal stakeholders and clients to refine solution approaches. Market Analysis & Strategy: Interpret emerging market trends and economic drivers, and work alongside sales and business unit leadership to create initiatives that align with these changing market needs. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest technologies, solutions, and industry trends related to outsourcing, digital transformation, and customer experience. Knowledge Sharing & Thought Leadership: Contribute to organizational initiatives by creating case studies, writing white papers, and developing thought leadership content like blogs. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). Proven experience as a Bid & Solutions Lead or in a similar role within consulting, outsourcing, or digital transformation. Strong expertise in designing end-to-end solutions involving digital operations, analytics, AI, and transformation components. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience working within Utilities, Retail, or Travel sectors preferred.
