Brief Job Description: Responsible for day to day Operations management Ability to develop and maintain client relationship and coordinate with other stakeholders Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance Periodic client reporting and conducting quality audits Should have strong knowledge of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable processes Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develops recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards Driving Quality initiatives in the process to attain measurable positive results Introducing process metrics and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Ensuring accuracy of client Financial Statements and compliance to internal control requirements Introducing new controls and ensuring robust functioning of the process as per ISO and SOX guidelines Reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance Ability of up-skilling the associates on process-related updates, coaching, mentoring & providing assistance and support when required Ability of handling process related issues, queries and escalated transactions US Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred Knowledge of Lawson Financial Management system is desired Competencies Required: Strong Knowledge of the process and systems High level of computer proficiency and excellent MIS skills Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis Clear written and verbal communication High level of Customer Service and Quality Orientation Strong Communication and Motivational Skills Ability to lead in a continually challenging environment Effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday floor operations Technical Skill Requirements: Good communication skills both written and verbal Should have 8+ Years of relevant experience in GL process Experience in handling GL for US healthcare industry will be a plus Should have experience of managing a teamEXL is the indispensable partner for leading businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and logistics.
