Lead Assistant Manager-Data Engineering-Big Data Engineering

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define data mapping needs
• Develop and maintain detailed data mapping documents
• Identify data sources, target systems and transformation logic required for integrations and migrations
• Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to ensure accurate data movement between systems
• Validate data accuracy and completeness through testing and reconciliation
• Support data migration, integration, and system implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve mapping issues or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality guidelines
• Understand Legacy system data structures, data models, and business rules to understand existing data relationships
• Understand the reconciliation of Data and its logic
• Understanding of SQL
• Good to have Rally, Sharepoint and Confluence experience

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Manage data engineering projects. Provide strategic guidance. Oversee data engineering team. Ensure continuous improvement of data processes.
