Lead the development and maintenance of complex software applications. Duties include designing application architecture, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders to align application development with business needs and drive improvements. Extensive experience in application development and leadership skills are required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development using Python and React.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud and its core services.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of frontend development principles including responsive design and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest).
  • Azure certifications or willingness to pursue them.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Python.
  • Build RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to cloud-based deployments and integrations using Azure services such as:
    • Azure App Services
    • Azure Functions
    • Azure Blob Storage
    • Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile development processes.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and maintain technical documentation.
