Manager, PMO
We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined professional to join the PMO as an Manager. This role is designed for someone who brings maturity, structure, and strong stakeholder management skills, and can operate as an effective right hand to the Senior Manager in driving PMO excellence.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project governance, escalation handling, and performance management, and is comfortable managing both processes and people in a fastpaced environment. This role requires someone who can think holistically, execute systematically, and bring clarity and order to complex operational landscapes.
- Have 6-9 years of experience in PMO, business performance management, governance, or structured operations roles.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational discipline, followthrough, and attention to detail.
- Are confident in managing escalations and navigating complex situations with maturity and composure.
- Are comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Can independently drive workstreams while partnering closely with the Senior Manager.
- Enjoy roles that combine structure, coordination, problemsolving, and operational rhythm management.
1. Governance & Business Performance Management
- Lead the monthly governance rhythm, ensuring highquality inputs, consistent standards, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and review business performance reports, dashboards, and escalation summaries with sharp attention to detail.
- Support the Senior Manager in driving adherence to PMO frameworks, policies, and review cadences.
2. Escalation Management
- Manage daily escalations with a structured, solutionoriented approach.
- Own exception escalation management, ensuring proper documentation, clear tracking, and timely closure.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional partners to unblock issues and maintain operational continuity.
- Provide crisp escalation narratives, risk visibility, and context for senior leadership.
3. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee coordination within the PMO team, ensuring task clarity, followups, and accountability.
- Support team members with guidance, direction, and structured routines.
- Facilitate alignment with partner teams through disciplined communication and governance checkpoints.
4. Operational Discipline & Execution Excellence
- Drive action plans with rigor-from assignment to tracking to closure.
- Bring strong process discipline into daily operations, enhancing reliability and predictability.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to strengthen PMO effectiveness.
