Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager - IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead and optimize our global IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a strong foundation in core ITAM practices.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of hardware and software assets.ServiceNow HAM Pro Expertise:Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and streamline asset workflows.Maintain and enhance the HAM Pro configuration to support business needs.Asset Reconciliation & Compliance:Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align asset records with purchase data.Procurement & Vendor Coordination:Manage IT asset procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase order tracking.Ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets to global teams.Operational Excellence:Develop and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures.Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization and performance.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead a team of ITAM professionals and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.Provide training and guidance on asset management best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.Strong understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance.Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
