We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong experience in Databricks and Machine Learning to design and implement scalable data pipelines and ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-performance data products and predictive models. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks , PySpark , and Delta Lake Build and deploy Machine Learning models at scale Perform data wrangling , feature engineering , and model tuning Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ML model integration and monitoring Implement MLflow for model versioning and tracking Ensure best practices in MLOps , code management, and automation Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Databricks , Spark , and SQL Strong knowledge of ML algorithms , Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and model deployment Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ML lifecycle management tools Good to Have: Exposure to data governance , monitoring tools , and performance optimization Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and REST API integrationEXL is the indispensable partner for leading businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and logistics.
