Review various process across the organization to identify Compliance Issues Conduct Root cause analysis of the Compliance Identified Issues & manage the Compliance Self Assessments Issue Management program Guide Business teams on the type of controls that can help mitigate the identified risks/gaps Spread culture of compliance through awareness campaigns, interactions, and trainings Create, review, and develop SOPs, documentation on Compliance activities Collect, clean & analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns & insights Prepare detailed reports & visual presentations that summarize findings & provide actionable recommendations Develop Dashboards & reports using tools like Power BI & Tableau to monitor business performance Assist in preparation of presentations for management, translating complex data into clear, concise insights Provide support for data related inquiries & ad-hoc analyses. Required Skills & qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Understanding of Compliance risks & issues 4+ years of relevant experience in managing compliance risk & issues Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate environment Strong proficiency in Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables etc. Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar Understanding of data management & reporting best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail & ability to work with large volume of data Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlinesEXL is the indispensable partner for leading businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and logistics.
