PHP Developer/ Team Lead

Desired Candidate Profile Having experience in web technologies. Minimum 2 to 6 Years of Experience in working with PHP (both web and standalone applications). Should have experience of leading a Team of 5-10 members. (for team lead position) Hands on coding in core LAMP ( PHP )XML, XSLT, XML parsing/processing, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX SQL, PL/SQL, and common database technologies (Oracle, Mysql) Object-Oriented Design concepts UML, OOAD, Design Patterns Unit testing Familiar with Linux Familiarity with Apache Web Server Team Leader, Process oriented Strong communication/ client facing Out of box thinking Knowledge of domains like E-Commerce, Financial Markets, Online Trading, Social Networks, Payment Gateways, CMS will be added advantage. Good verbal/written communication. Experience with MVC-based PHP Frameworks JavaScript framework experience including jQuery and jQuery UI toolkits. Job Description Will be leading a Team of 5-10 members. Will be working on Linux platform and hosted applications in Apache. Technical Documentation. Technical Architecture. Client co-ordination. Responsible for executing the projects as per the SDLC. Will be responsible for the project performance, quality and schedules. Will be responsible for end to end delivery of the project. Will be managing the project(s) and team.
