  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet daily\/weekly\/monthly hiring targets.
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure overall team productivity.
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Provide training on sourcing, screening, requirement understanding, and submission quality.
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Monitor job pipeline, assign roles to recruiters, and ensure optimal workload distribution.
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Recruitment Delivery<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    • Drive end\-to\-end recruitment for US IT roles across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Work on direct client and MSP\/VMS requirements with quick turnaround.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Validate candidate profiles, negotiate rates, and ensure recruiter submissions meet quality standards.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Follow up with clients\/account managers on interviews, feedback, and closures.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

      Process & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Ensure recruiters follow submission protocols, documentation standards, and ATS\/CRM processes.
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

      • Maintain trackers for submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

      • Resolve escalations related to candidate quality, availability, or documentation.

        • Work closely with Account Managers and Leadership to prioritize urgent roles.

        • Participate in daily huddles, delivery calls, and performance update meetings.

        • Coordinate with HR for hiring additional recruiters as per business needs.

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Required Skills & Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

          • 4-8 years of experience in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>US IT Staffing<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including 1-2+ years in a Team Lead or Senior Recruiter role.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Must be a hands\-on leader<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>who actively makes calls and works on live positions.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Proactive personality with a strong "Can Do" attitude.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Excellent communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>- verbal and written.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Experience working with MSP\/VMS clients and direct clients.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

          • Proficiency with portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
