SAP Test Manager

Overview

SAP Project Manager with strong knowledge of functional areas of SAP. Excellent communication skills and worked with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Focused Build.
• Expertise in preparing and driving:
  • Test Strategy
  • Test Plan
  • Test Approach
  • Test Execution Plan
  • Test Forecasting & Planning
• Experience in handling end-to-end test management activities across all test phases:
  • SIT
  • UAT
  • Regression Testing
  • Smoke/Sanity Testing
  • E2E Testing
• Strong experience in test planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and execution tracking.
• Ability to manage complete testing lifecycle and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct and lead defect triage meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Strong defect management and defect tracking experience.
• Experience in driving daily/weekly execution status meetings and governance calls.
• Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in presenting testing dashboards, status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to clients and leadership.
• Good governance and coordination skills across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Experience in managing onsite/offshore testing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• ISTQB or relevant testing certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5-6 years as a Test Manager.
• Strong experience in SAP testing projects/programs.
