We have immediate openings for the position of " Manager-Learning & Development" for our reputed MNC client located in Karnataka.

Job Specification
Position- Manager - Learning & Development
Education - MBA (HR) / BE or Post Graduate
Experience- 10 to 15 years
Job Requirements
Develop and deploy the Learning and Development strategy for the company, In line with the long term business strategy of the company.
Identify the training needs, develop training modules, design the training calendar and deliver.
Promote self-learning among the employees through e-learning
Measure the business impact of the L & D.
Deploy the talent management process. Identify the talent pool. Prepare & implement the IDPs. Deploy the talent pool in critical areas.
Develop and deploy succession planning process for hot positions. Integrate L& D, talent management and job rotations for effective succession planning.
Project the L & D budgets. Monitor the expenditure to be within the targets
