HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing cybersecurity organization in Pune.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience
• Prior experience in IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Handle HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
• Support performance management and HR reporting
