Switching and routing
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with:
LAN switching, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Wireless technologies (Cisco WLC, Client)
IPAM, DHCP, DNS services, Cisco Client administration and troubleshooting
Experience designing and implementing secure access control frameworks.
Good understanding of enterprise security standards and network segmentation.
Familiarity with ITSM and change management processes in enterprise environments.
Cisco CCIE Enterprise Wireless or Cisco CCIE Security
Basic working knowledge of Splunk, ThousandEyes for log analysis and alerting.

Act as an L3 escalation point for complex issues across LAN, routing, WiFi, DHCP, IPAM, and Cisco Client.
Responsible for managing action plans and future requests, including automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot advanced LAN and routing solutions in campus and branch environments.
Lead issue resolution involving wireless networks, including controller configurations, SSIDs, and client access problems.
Manage and finetune IPAM and DHCP configurations, ensuring high availability and proper IP allocations.
Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Client policies related to authentication, profiling, and posture assessment.
Use Splunk to correlate network events, analyze logs, and support root cause analysis.
Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams on network projects and upgrades.
Provide guidance and technical leadership to L1.5/L2 support teams.
Document solutions, create and maintain SOPs, and contribute to knowledge base development.
