Description:
Lead requirement gathering workshops focused on Customer / Business Partner master data. Analyze existing customer master data processes and define optimized To Be processes in MDG. Configure MDG Customer domain: data models, UI modeling, change request types, workflows, validations, and derivations. Design and maintain BRF+ rules for customer master validations and field derivations. Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ECC, and third party systems through ALE/IDoc, APIs, or SOA. Collaborate with technical teams to design enhancements, interfaces, and data replication strategies. Work with business users and data stewards for testing (SIT/UAT), training, and change management. Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts. Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization activities for customer data. Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in MDG Customer processes
