• Hands-on Testing Experience in AJO
• Experience testing:
o Journeys (event-based triggers)
o Campaigns/Deliveries (Email / SMS / Push)
• Audience qualification - Should be able to validate:
o Trigger → Journey → Communication flow Data Validation & Profile Testing
o Experience validating:
Profile data
Event ingestion and payloads
• Ability to:
o Verify data correctness across systems (webforms/API/Excel vs profile attributes)
Good to have :
• Should have tested use cases like:
o Abandoned cart
o Welcome journeys
o Transactional triggers
• Must be able to explain:
o Test approach
o Edge cases
o Failure scenarios
• API testing (Postman)
• SQL for data validation
• Automation exposure For a Senior QA profiles Debugging & Validation Skills
• Ability to validate:
o Why journey didn't trigger
o Why email/SMS failed
• Exposure to:
o Logs / reports / payload validation
• Understanding of:
o Timing issues (delays, triggers)
