Description:

Driving P0/P1 war rooms end to end
24×7 command center leadership for critical outages
Strong understanding of infra, cloud, app, DB, network components
Root cause analysis facilitation & PIR documentation
SLA governance & stakeholder communication
Ability to coordinate multiple vendors + cross functional teams
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident / Problem / Change)
Experience with high availability / payments / BFSI environments
Expertise in handling incident severity matrices
Skilled in real time triage, impact assessment, escalation, recovery planning
Hands on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, Splunk, ServiceNow/Jira etc.)
• ITIL certification (preferably ITIL v3 Foundation or ITIL 4) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with automated incident management and orchestration tools.
• Background in systems engineering, network operations, or application support.
• Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery processes.
