Job Description:
• Candidate should have 6 to 8 years' experience in SAP Basis with RISE and should have worked in two end to end implementation projects.
• Should monitor and maintain several SAP systems for optimum performance by proactively identifying the potential problems
• Should monitor system health checks as part of day to day support and troubleshooting
• Should have exposure to SAP system upgrades and other kernel, patch upgrades
• Should have exposure to Quality refresh (Copy of prod environment)
• Should have exposure to system landscape configuration and transport management
• Should be self driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring SAP, executing transport and get IT request
• Executing emergency IT
• Maintains SAP certificates and the renew them periodically
• Setting up SAP printers, executing maintenance tasks
• Roll out of SSO and SAP GUI
• Works overlapping hours with EST morning hours
