- Duck Creek Billing configuration
- Manuscripts, Rules, and Product Studio
- Billing workflows and lifecycle management

Experience with:
- .NET / C#
- SQL Server (advanced queries, performance tuning)
- XML/XSLT
- Web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with batch processing and job scheduling.

Knowledge of integration patterns between Billing and:
- Policy
- Claims
- External payment gateways
- Experience with source control tools (Azure DevOps, Git).

Experience with:
- Duck Creek Policy integration
- Duck Creek Data Insights
- Experience in cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in data migration and billing conversion projects.
- Duck Creek certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
