This position requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Business plan with short & long term vision
- Business reporting & Analysis, Providing monthly cost reports for reviews
- Tracking improvement activities and monitoring improvement savings and evaluating improvement projects.
- Cost management & Cost Control, ensuring alignment with budgeted targets.
- Identify & report major cost deviations and generate various cost reduction ideas.
- Working Capital Management by setting the targets, monitoring actual & forecasting for the future period.
- Identify financial risks, develop risk mitigation plan & review of risk registers.
- Support capital budgeting by evaluating options for plant configurations and tracking expenditures against schemes.
Educational Background
- CA / CMA from a recognized institute.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, auditing, cost analysis, or business financial planning.
- Prior experience in a shared service setup is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, cost management, and auditing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and other financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory financial requirements.
- Business Acumen
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
