Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer – ITSM
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer with deep hands-on expertise in the ITSM suite. The role involves designing, building, and enhancing ITSM solutions while collaborating closely with customers, process owners, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure solutions across core ITSM modules:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, Service Catalog.
• Build workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server for ITSM use cases.
• Support instance configuration, upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to coding and platform best practices.
• Maintain documentation including technical designs, test cases, and deployment notes.
Skills & Experience
• 4–6+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong ITSM module expertise.
• Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Service Catalog design, CMDB fundamentals, and SLA configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments (grooming, estimation, sprint execution).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS -ITSM certification required.
• CAD certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
