Job Overview: Pencil is looking to hire a data analyst or Media planner to take the responsibility of setting up data funnel, collecting, and analyzing data for our Media Plans. For a person to do well in this role, he/she should have a thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collect, Store, and Route user data via all channels
- Setting up business analytics events via Mixpanel (Segment) and similar tools
- Recognizing lead channels and creating funnel specific to each channel to analyze and interpret data
- Interpreting user behaviour via tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
- Working alongside teams to establish business needs
