Role:
u Analyzing the franchisee business by resolving the existing issues thereby providing immense support to the franchisee.
u To maintain a synergetic relationship with RH, SH and RM's by supporting their efforts to enhance the business.
u Responsible to reactivate the inactive franchisees by resolving the teething issues thereby generating brokerage and doing account addition consistently.
u Develop and maintain long term relationship with the franchisee to maintain a high level of retention of the existing franchisee and also focus on generating new business.
u To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence.
u Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
