RPA Automation Manager
We are seeking an experienced RPA Automation Manager to lead and scale our Robotic Process Automation initiatives. This is a critical leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, ensuring production stability, and driving measurable business value through intelligent automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on automation leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
As our RPA Automation Manager you will be required to:
Automation Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Design and oversee enterprise-grade automations using UiPath (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Automate.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and auditability.
- Lead complex automations involving API integrations (REST/SOAP), databases, and cross-system workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of RPA Developers, Senior Developers, and RPA Ops Engineers.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and adherence to best practices (e.g., REFramework).
- Support hiring, onboarding, upskilling, and performance management of RPA team members.
- Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on all RPA initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions with clear ROI.
- Partner with IT, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams for deployments and environment stability.
- Support prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery commitments across multiple initiatives
Governance & Operational Excellence
- Define and enforce RPA standards, frameworks, and development guidelines.
- Maintain strong documentation practices, including process maps, design documents, runbooks, and support guides.
- Monitor bot health, uptime, and operational KPIs to ensure reliable production performance.
- Contribute to or collaborate with the RPA / Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in RPA
- Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, enterprise deployment models).
- Prior experience in a technical manager role within RPA or Intelligent Automation.
- Understanding and Experience in "Agentic AI" in automation is desirable.
- Solid experience with:
- REFramework and reusable automation patterns
- API integrations and authentication mechanisms
- Databases and SQL fundamentals
- Version control systems (Git or equivalent)
- RPA lifecycle management and exception handling
