Key Objective of the Job:
Responsible for all aspects of our omni channel marketing (Email/SMS/PN/IVR/etc) operations, Automation, Customer Retention and Activation. Your central goal is to execute omni channel performance/Services/collection-oriented campaigns while also showing quantifiable growth in performance metrics.
Your duties will include implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms/networks along with planning the campaigns with key stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a highly fast paced environment and show results in campaign performance. In addition to being an outstanding performance marketer, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Major Deliverables:
- Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects omni channel targeted digital campaigns.
- Plan & orchestrate Customer Journeys across business
- Continuously work on improving personalized communication
- Create a framework for Omnichannel, realtime communication and nudges
- Prepare and present reports on marketing campaign's overall performance.
- End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with content and media experts to improve marketing results to meet acquisition goals.
- Analyze performance data, identify patterns and plan for scaling the campaigns.
- Evaluate KPIs that affect our target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns.
- Execute ABM campaigns, with super tight coordination with the AE's and the SDR's.

Specialized job competencies:
Understanding and working experience of Marketing Automation tools viz. Moengage, Clevertap, Netcore, Sales force.
Analytic Tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Technology.
- 2-4 years' experience in a hands-on digital marketing position, preferably for a product/omni channel agency.
- Managing omni channel platform clustering from campaign execution perspective.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices. Experienced in working with Salesforce marketing cloud/ Resulticks / Clevertap along with management of domains and other technical implementation.
- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Adaptability to changing environment, willingness to learn and can work well with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- End-to-end campaign execution experience, marketing experience preferred.
- Understanding Web Analytics, SaaS Business Metrics and hands on CRM knowledge will make the learning curve shorter
