About the Role

We are looking for a highly innovative and technically strong Testing Innovation Manager to drive the next generation of AI-powered Quality Engineering and Test Automation solutions.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines Quality Engineering Transformation, AI Innovation, Test Automation Architecture, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Solution Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered innovation initiatives to enhance software testing quality, efficiency, coverage, and speed.
• Design and develop enterprise-scale automation frameworks using Playwright, SpecFlow, AI Agents, and Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent solutions capable of automatically generating, maintaining, and optimising test scripts through AI.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous testing workflows, and MCP Server-based integrations.
• Develop AI-powered testing assistants using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, LLMs, and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with Product, AI Engineering, and Automation COE teams to define and enhance AI-driven testing capabilities and roadmap initiatives.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to identify testing challenges and drive AI-led Quality Engineering transformation programmes.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), innovation accelerators, and reusable frameworks demonstrating measurable business value through AI-powered testing.
• Define enterprise test automation strategies, architecture standards, and best practices while mentoring engineering and automation teams.
• Support customer workshops, solution consulting, pre-sales engagements, demonstrations, and executive presentations while staying abreast of emerging AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-15 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Automation Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Playwright Automation Framework Design and Development.
• Experience building automation frameworks using SpecFlow and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Software Testing, Test Automation, Quality Engineering, and Enterprise Testing Practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing MCP Server-based architectures and agent ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-powered productivity platforms.
• Proven experience building AI-powered testing or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile delivery models.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and testing platforms.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Excellent solutioning, architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
