Job Overview:
As an Operations PTL intern you will get exposure to project management, process optimization, and operational strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups
- Escalation management
- Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns
- Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain
Requirements:
- Comfortable in using excel - Intermediate level
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable)
- Comfortable in calling
Job Location: Gurugram, WFO & 6 days/week
Duration: 3 months
