Role Description:

As a Hotel Room Reservation Operator, you would be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, or online inquiries related to hotel bookings

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reservation Management:

• Process and confirm room bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Modify or cancel reservations as requested by guests.
• Check room availability and provide options based on customer preferences

Customer Service:

• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and pricing.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades)

Job Location: Malad East, Mumbai
