Officer, Quality Control

Description:

• Sampling and analysis of water (Chemical and Microbiological testing) and record relevant data.
• Microbiological environmental monitoring/compressed air monitoring of the clean area.
• Microbiological limit test/method suitability testing of RM/FP/IP etc.
• Media Preparation and Quality Testing if media
• perform all activities in compliance with cGMP / GLP and maintain cleanliness and hygienic condition in the microbiology laboratory.
• Method Verification of MLT Test.
• Disinfectant Efficacy Testing
• Preservative Efficacy testing
• Isolation and Identification of microorganisms

Essential Functions:

• Identify ongoing quality issues and recommend preventive measures to avoid potential production problems
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all testing activities in accordance with GDP and GMP requirements
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from quality investigations

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

• B Sc -in Microbiology - Required
• M Sc -in Microbiology - Required

Experience:

• 1 year or more in 1 - 4 Years
