Assistant, HVAC & BMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & maintain Chiller, AHU, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Dehumidifier & Dust Collector.

• Maintain Temperature, RH & Differential Pressure as per SOP.

• Record logbook entries and ensure cGMP compliance.

• Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.

• Maintain filters, spares, safety, and housekeeping.

Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC equipment & utilities.

• Mechanical troubleshooting ability.

• Experience in preventive maintenance & documentation.
