Devise product goals and strategies. Visualize a product roadmap
Evaluate research on user requirements, market trends and Competition
Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to strategize the best technical
implementation methods and devise a product roadmap
Accountable for the revenue target
Provide inputs for product strategy, which will influence investment decisions and
collaborations
Take Product management responsibility for owned products
Identify new product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends and
competitive gaps. Present it to the management for consideration
Evangelize the product vision within the organization
