Senior Software Engineer - React Native
Work Experience:
5 - 7 years of experience in Mobile and Web app development.
Proficient in React Native, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux-Saga, and Redux Toolkit.
Skilled in backend integration using RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest.
Experience with Google Play deployment processes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Version control experience with Git.
Experience in Java / Kotlin is a plus.
Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Develop and enhance the CargoMate mobile and web applications based on business needs.
Implement new features and solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with Business and IT teams globally.
Work with stakeholders to address conflicts and resolve challenges.
Continuously improve development processes, conduct retrospectives, and identify areas for optimization.
Manage and prioritize tasks in alignment with the team lead.
