Architect - AI/ML

Experience: Total Experience: 10-13 years, AI-ML,GenAI Experience: 6-8 years

Technology architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reusable AI/GenAI architectures across multiple projects or accounts. Owns solution design decisions, defines standards, and ensures enterprisegrade quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect endtoend AI and GenAI solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Define reference architectures for:
  • Agentic AI systems
  • A2A orchestration
  • MCPbased tool and context management
• Lead design of RAG, Hybrid RAG, and Graphaugmented AI systems
• Establish enterprise LLMOps / MLOps frameworks:
  • Evaluation strategies
  • Observability
  • Cost governance
• Design securitybydefault architectures:
  • Zerotrust AI access
  • Data isolation and compliance
• Guide teams on model selection, finetuning vs promptengineering tradeoffs
• Review and approve solution designs, code patterns, and deployment architectures
• Work closely with:
  • Business stakeholders
  • Cloud architects
  • Data platform teams
• Mentor engineers and act as technical escalation point
• Contribute to Birlasoft AI accelerators, frameworks, and IP

Technology & Architecture Expectations

• Deep expertise in Azure AI / OpenAI ecosystem
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience integrating structured data, graphs, and unstructured sources
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and governance models
