TA plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization's business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social medical, direct career site, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates
• Screening: Screening resumes, conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications to determine the best fit the role
• Building candidate Relationships: Develop relationships with candidates, providing positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, setting up expectations and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Candidate Selection: Present qualified candidates to hiring manager, facilitating the selection process
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the hiring manager
Experience: 17+ years of experience in recruitment
Education: B.E / MBA in HR
Preferred candidate should be from Oil & Gas Industry only.
Experience in working on Upstream, Midstream, Downstream roles
Reservoir Engineer, Drilling Engineer, Completion Engineer, Subsurface Reliability Engineer, Geologist / Geophysicist, Petroleum Engineer, Wells Engineer, Technical Service Engineer (Hydro processing, shut down, start up).
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Sourcing and Networking Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Manages full cycle hiring: intake to offer
• Reviews and standards of job descriptions, shortlisting, job pipeline

• Meeting Hiring Targets: Meet or exceed hiring targets and recruitment metrics
• Quality Hires: Ensure high quality candidates are presented to hiring managers
