What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency - ability to build and manage complex trackers, formulas, and reports with ease
Highly data-driven - comfortable analysing operational data to track performance, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
Strong numerical and calculative aptitude - able to accurately compute quotations, margins, and order metrics
Proven track record in operationally heavy roles with hands-on coordination, order management, or supply chain experience. You must excel at managing diverse stakeholders while delivering results within high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Experience in jewellery, diamonds, or luxury goods is preferred - but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn the industry is welcome.
Strong interest in jewellery and the luxury goods industry
Ability to think critically and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with technology, tools, and data on a daily basis
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset with strong ownership of tasks and outcomes
Who Should Apply
We're looking for individuals who bring both mindset and curiosity:
Passionate about the jewellery / diamond / luxury goods industry
Tech-forward and process-oriented
Thrive in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment
Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within operations
What Success Looks Like
Orders move smoothly with minimal delays or errors
Customers have a clear, reliable, and positive experience
Operations become more efficient and scalable over time
Issues are anticipated and solved proactively, not reactively
