    1. Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee
    2. Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters
    3. HRIS Updation and management
    4. I-9 and E-verify administration
    5. Creating Personnel File

  1. Employee Movement & Transfer process
    1. Initiating deputation and repatriation process within said timeframe
    2. Issuing letters of Deputation/Transfer
    3. HRIS Updation and management
    4. Clearance tracking and notifications

  1. Personnel File & Document Management
    1. Maintaining personnel file of employees
    2. Updating Employee File Management Data
    3. Preparing various letters as per request and verifications purposes

    1. Reverts to various query raised by employee & Stakeholders
    2. Query Management tracking report

    1. Collating & verifying audit details
    2. Front end audit responsibility
