THE ROLE

As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will fuel the growth of our global partner ecosystem by turning operational complexity into an exceptional partner experience. Acting as the critical bridge between partners, channel sales leaders, and IT, you will own the governance, incentives administration, and systems refinement that allow our network to thrive. Your mission is to eliminate friction points and ensure high data integrity, directly impacting global channel revenue velocity and partner satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Champion the Partner Experience: Own the operational support lifecycle for partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs), resolving inquiries regarding incentives and platform access while identifying systemic trends to permanently improve satisfaction metrics.

  • Govern Program Integrity: Evaluate and manage high-impact partner program exception requests-such as tier changes and payout attributions-collaborating with channel leadership to enforce policy compliance while maintaining business agility.

  • Administer Global Incentive Programs: Reconcile and validate complex performance data across Salesforce and Google Sheets, partnering directly with Finance to ensure precise, audit-ready, and timely incentive payouts.

  • Drive Systems and Process Automation: Collaborate with IT engineering teams to isolate bugs, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements that scale partner portal capabilities.

  • Deliver Actionable Operational Insights: Engineer recurring and ad hoc data models to provide channel stakeholders with clear visibility into exception trends, operational risks, and process efficiency gains.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Operations & Channel Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of partner ecosystems, channel sales workflows, or revenue operations, with a proven ability to interpret and enforce program policies fairly.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Mastery of data manipulation within Excel or Google Sheets, alongside experience navigating Salesforce (SFDC) or partner portals to track compliance and resolve operational errors.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to comfortably align Finance, Sales, and technical IT teams around operational solutions.

  • Governance & Audit Mentality: Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for validating data sets, identifying risk trends, and maintaining documentation for audit readiness.

  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
