Job Profile
  • Experience in selling banking software to banks.
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with CIO, CDO, COO, and other senior management of banks.
  • Strong understanding of banking technology, operations, and digitization is essential.
  • Experience in FinTech or selling cloud-based software will be an added advantage.
  • Proven skills in hunting and farming, including account management.
  • End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, including:
    • Prospecting and lead generation
    • Presentations and product demos
    • Proposal preparation
    • Commercial discussions and negotiations
    • Closure and legal agreements
  • Responsible for follow-up on invoices, scope of work documents, purchase orders, and agreements for closure.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams for presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations with clients.
